Tim Murray

After 40+ years in the insurance industry, Tim still wakes up every day challenged and passionate about providing opportunities for individuals and families who want to enhance their planning for their businesses and families to find confidence in their financial future. Tim has served as the general agent for three of the biggest insurance companies in the country, and was responsible for leading, training, and developing hundreds of financial advisors on how to best serve their clients. Now, he’s taken that expertise and adds a wealth of knowledge at Efficient Advisors. Tim holds his Life and Health licenses, and is the team’s resident expert in fixed index annuity, life, disability, and long-term care products.
When not working, Tim can be found on the golf course or spending time with his wife, Paula, or traveling around the country spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Will Murray

Will has spent his whole life in and around the financial services industry. He first began working in this industry in junior high spending his summers at his father’s office filing paperwork (in the days before everything was moved to computers) in the 1990’s. Will moved to Arizona in 2004 and attended Arizona State University. As a financial advisor, Will specializes in truly getting to know his clients and their needs. Anyone can sell services and products, but Will is sharply focused on truly understanding his clients and building long term relationships.
When Will isn’t working, he enjoys spending his time with his wife JC and their two daughters Kiwi and Xyla. Some of this favorite past times are skiing, camping, gardening, cooking, baking, and traveling.
Joe Tucciarone

A true “Rocket Scientist,” Joe Tucciarone, a graduate engineer from Manhattan College in NYC, started his professional career as the Assistant Spacecraft Test Manager at Kennedy Space Center. After leaving engineering and for the past 35 years, Joe has been involved in the retirement planning industry. His specialized scientific and analytical skills facilitated his building one of the largest pension actuarial firms in the Northeast. Today, he is a standing member of National Pension Partners (NationalPension.com) which is a nationwide network of pension specialists. Joe has complemented this experience serving on the Board of Directors of GAMA International and building one of the largest insurance agencies in America.
Joe’s many years of advanced pension design has led him to create the National Network of Accountants in 1992 and subsequently to develop Independent Captive Associates. Joe believes both companies are tools for accountants and business owners to provide solutions in the business community. He believes that research, analytical thought and professional cooperation create efficient business solutions. His current book on Amazon, “Captive Insurance Companies…a Game Changer,” provides insight and education to many business owners and professionals across America today. He continues to innovate and differentiate himself today as a national speaker, writer and industry expert. He has been featured in several renowned financial publications such as The Wall Street Journal, CBS Marketwatch, The CPA Journal, Practical Accountant, CPA Wealth Provider and Accounting Today.
